These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ParvozSIM mobile application and related services operated by Codeplay LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
ParvozSIM is a platform for purchasing and managing eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a reseller, sourcing eSIM profiles from third-party providers and delivering them to you via our app.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
- You must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent or misleading information.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension.
3. eSIM Purchases
- All prices are displayed in Uzbek Sum (UZS). The displayed price is the final price at the time of purchase.
- Upon successful payment, we will provision an eSIM profile and deliver it via the app as a QR code and activation credentials.
- eSIM delivery is typically immediate but may take up to a few minutes depending on the provider.
- Each eSIM has a validity period and data allowance as described on the product page. These are set by the underlying provider and cannot be modified after purchase.
- eSIMs are activated according to their activation policy: either upon first data use or upon installation, as indicated on the product page.
4. Payments
- We accept payments via UzCard, Humo, Visa, and Mastercard through our payment processor.
- Payment is required before eSIM provisioning begins.
- You may optionally save your card for future purchases. Saved card tokens are managed by the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Refund Policy
- Unused eSIMs: If an eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@codeplay.uz.
- Activated eSIMs: Once an eSIM has been installed or data usage has begun, refunds are generally not available, as the underlying provider considers the product consumed.
- Service failures: If we fail to deliver a valid eSIM due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
6. Top-Ups
Some eSIM plans support data top-ups. Top-up availability and pricing depend on the underlying provider. Top-ups are non-refundable once applied.
7. Coupons and Discounts
- Coupons may be offered through travel agents or promotional campaigns.
- Coupons cannot be combined. Only one coupon per order.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue coupon programs at any time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Resell eSIMs purchased through the app without authorization (see our B2B partner program for authorized reselling).
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service.
- Use automated tools to access the service without our written permission.
9. Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- eSIM coverage, speed, and quality depend on the local mobile network operators in each country and are outside our control.
- We are not responsible for network outages, throttling, or coverage gaps in the destination country.
10. Intellectual Property
The ParvozSIM app, its design, code, and content are owned by Codeplay LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized. Transaction records will be retained as required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific eSIM product in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- We are not liable for issues caused by the underlying eSIM providers, mobile network operators, or your device's eSIM compatibility.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
