- Order and transaction history — records of eSIM purchases, top-ups, and payments.
- eSIM data — ICCID, activation status, and usage information synced from eSIM providers.
- Device and usage data — IP address, device type, app version, and interaction logs for service improvement and security.

- To create and manage your account.
- To process eSIM purchases, top-ups, and payments.
- To deliver purchased eSIM profiles and QR codes.
- To display your eSIM status and data usage.
- To send transactional SMS (OTP codes, order confirmations).

3. Information Sharing
We share your information only when necessary:
- eSIM providers — to fulfill eSIM orders and retrieve usage data.
- Payment processors — to process your payments securely.
- SMS providers — to deliver OTP codes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Qatar. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure API communication to protect your information.
5. Data Retention
- Account data — retained while your account is active.
- Order and payment records — retained for 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.
- OTP codes — automatically deleted after 2 minutes.
- Deleted accounts — personal data is anonymized upon account deletion. Transaction records are retained as required by law.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Update or correct your profile information at any time via the app.
- Delete your account through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting us.
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
